We place customer satisfaction as our number one goal. While we would like it to be, not every shipment is perfect. Sometimes things can happen broken merchandise, incorrect product being sent, or general dissatisfaction of the customer. We will gladly offer a refund.

You may return a defective or wrong products up to 14 days, After product has been received."NO REFUNDS WILL BE AUTHORIZED AFTER 14 DAYS" Partial returns will not be accepted and merchandise must be returned in its original packaging. All returned items must be marked with an RMA# in order to be refunded. Call or e-mail for a RMA# as it is needed for your return.

Items being returned to us will be shipped at the custormers cost. If the product is damaged by Carrier during shipping, please file a claim though shipping company. All returns are for refund only. Replacement orders must be ordered again as a new order.

We do not charge a restocking fee on unopened returned items.
